People keep e-mailing me saying things like "Nik, when are you going to
remove the LinuxDoc Handbook?"

I got bored of writing lots of replies. And so, please, a moments
silence for the LinuxDoc Handbook. It has served us well, but now the
time has come to move one.

doc/handbook is dead! Long live doc/en/handbook!
