Add a link to the 'Hardware Donations Page' under www/, which is where
the last several years' worth of hardware donations are documented. Add
a note about how the section here is of historical interest only.

Some useful 'junior documentation tasks' would include merging the older
hardware entries into the newer page, and creating a new page for e.g.
hosting facilitity donations.
