Add a new chapter in the FAQ: "The FreeBSD Funnies"

Previously, the "Miscellaneous" chapter contained serious questions
mixed in with "How many FreeBSD hackers does it take to change a light
bulb?" and so on. This stuff is valuable to the community, but
doesn't belong mixed in with more serious answers.
