This patch does the following:

• adds missing introductory explanations and clarifies some

sections

• puts portmaster before portupgrade
• adds instructions for both portmaster/portupgrade where needed
• moves 5.6.3.1 into an Important box

This will be followed by a subsequent white space fix.
