Grrr, the path /pub/FreeBSD/FreeBSD-stable/packages/All doesn't
work on ftp.freebsd.org. Fix for the moment, by pointing to a
directory that does exist: /pub/FreeBSD/ports/packages/All.
This is still hackish though, since it doesn't work for
architectures different than i386, but unbreak the link
