Fix a bit the Oracle section:
- Add missing application, username, envar, filename etc. tags
- Fix the ports for the linux_base etc. and be more general about various available ports.
- Add link to RPM port
- Some little rewordings.
(I do not own Oracle and/or a 9.X version, so I cannot check/update some
parts :( )
