Add new Documentation Project authors (made a hopeless attempt to
sort this file in the process, gave up).

Add section in whos-who for Doc project.

Move John Lind's author tag to a.jlind since we try to keep it as
a.<freefallusername> whenever possible, and "john" is now assigned.
