graphics/mesa-libs: Fix LIB_DEPENDS

Mesa itself does not depend on libOpenGL.so from libglvnd but it needs
libglvnd at build stage.
Also it doesn't not depend on libwayland-egl.so but on libwayland-server.so
and libwayland-client.so
