security/openssh-portable: Update to 10.4p1

Deprecate the HPN patch. It was removed in base in 2016. It has not
matched the upstream patch in many years, which has been renamed
to "hpn-ssh". Bringing it back as a separate port could make sense
but won't be done in this port.
