net/goreplay: Update 1.2.0 -> 1.3.2

Can't update to 1.3.3 or 2.x-rcx because 1.3.3 is missing the
v prefix and Golang servers don't read such versions, and
2.x requires the /v2 suffix in the module name which is missing.
